Refund Policy

• The charge was duplicated, or the amount did not match the price shown at checkout
• The extension does not run on supported Chrome or Edge, you wrote within 7 days of that purchase, and support could not fix it
• We discontinue RocketFlow during a period you already paid for and cannot offer a reasonable replacement — we then refund the unused days

• Requests after the 7-day window
• A plan that already used a substantial part of its prompt allowance, or a period where batch or Veo automation completed successfully
• Change of mind after the window, or unused days on a yearly plan after the window
• Bonus prompts, referral rewards, and campaign grants — those are not purchases
• Outages or changes on Google Flow, Grok, Dreamina, Jimeng, Meta AI, or a similar site, including a limit on your own account there
• Browsers other than Chrome and Edge
• Accounts suspended for abuse, cap bypassing, or a chargeback

Email hello@rhearesearch.id from the Google account on the plan. Include the date, Gold or Diamond, monthly or yearly, and whether you paid in rupiah or US dollars. We reply within a few business days.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Midtrans handles Indonesia refunds. Lemon Squeezy handles global refunds, on that provider’s timeline. A refund ends the paid period and the account returns to Silver.

If you dispute a charge with your bank before writing to us, we may pause the plan while the dispute is open. An upheld chargeback closes the paid period. The Terms of Service explain how a suspended account is handled.
